Sex is a part of life. Managed rightly it is a profound blessing. Managed poorly, it is a source of profound pain and distress. People need more than rules about sex, they need a theology of sex that empowers them to live successfully in a sex-crazy world. Course format: Participants meet for the teaching component (video presentation) and then following a short supper break, move into small same gender groups where there is opportunity to share together in an environment of openness, acceptance and confidentiality. Cost? $30 for students, $50 for those working. Subsidies available on request.
Note: Participants who are not able to attend the first session or know they will be absent for more than 2 sessions would be best to wait until they can attend a full course. Admission to the program is by completion of a registration form available from the Church Office and following a brief telephone interview. (Personal interview can be arranged if preferred.)
